Meet Our Pharmacists


Stephen P. Day, RPh, Managing Partner
Stephen is the Managing Partner of Day’s Healthy Living Pharmacy, is a lifelong resident of Tipton County. He graduated in 1974 from Purdue University with a BS in clinical pharmacy, joined Hook’s Drug Stores and worked in Ft. Wayne, Union City, and Elwood before returning to Tipton as the manager of the Carter’s Mall store in 1977. He was transferred to the downtown store in 1981 and stayed with the corporation as it became HSI, Revco and in 1997, CVS. During his career he won 16 “Gold Key” awards for excellence in store management and served 7 times on the Hook’s Merchandising Council. In November of 2001 he opened his first pharmacy, The Medicine Shoppe in Tipton.

Kristina Kakasuleff, Pharmacist
Kristina graduated in 2003 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University. She has worked for CHS Pavilion Pharmacy in Muncie and The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Tipton and is also certified to administer adult immunizations. In addition to her retail pharmacy career Kristina worked as a hospice pharmacist at Ball Memorial Hospital helping families manage and understand medications as well as recommending alternative medications when necessary. Currently Kristina and her husband Jared reside in northern Hamilton County with their son.

Rachel Weber, Pharmacist
Rachel graduated from the College of Pharmacy at Butler University in 1994. Since completing her college course work she has worked at numerous pharmacies including Cowan Drugs, Marsh, Wal-Mart and Westfield Pharmacy. From 2005 to 2008 Rachel worked at Eli Lilly and Company supporting Lilly’s endocrine and women’s health products. While at Lilly she was awarded the Navigator Award for Evaluation and Action. Rachel and her husband Timothy have three children and currently reside in Hamilton County.
